A horse-and-carriage ride through the village and open fields.
Here, everything moves at the horse’s pace. You sit back in the carriage as you leave the farm, follow the road through the village and continue out between the open fields. The rides start from Eldare gård in Västra Spöland, with Flisa and Bellina pulling the carriage or sleigh. There are several rides to choose from, most lasting around 1.5 to 2 hours. During the greener months, you travel by horse and carriage. In winter, the ride is by sleigh. When you return to the farm, many visitors stay for a while. You can spend some time in the stable or walk around and meet the other animals. Children often head over to the hens or down towards the jetty, while others sit for a while in the greenhouse or out in the garden.

Getting there
The drive from Wallhalla takes around 15 minutes. Head towards Vännäs and follow the road along the river towards Västra Spöland. You can park directly at the farm, where the ride begins.
